What sets The
Fundamentals apart from other food programs?
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 16+ years of client experience and deep research, and a Functional Nutrition Practitioner in training, my passion lies with empowering burnt-out women to take back their health and become fully functioning again.
More than my degree, I'm simply a military spouse and mother of three, first. And I know firsthand about desperately wanting to stop feeling like I'm dragging myself through the motions every day, and start fueling my body for all the work I'm asking it to do. Without seeking quick fixes.
This isn't just another food plan or diet disguised as a lifestyle change. The approach that I teach is well-researched and rooted in simplicity and sustainability.
My hope with this program is that we can stop looking at food as the culprit, and instead see it for what it is: FUEL and INFORMATION for us to function on all cylinders through adulthood and motherhood.
